Returns/Refunds/Exchanges......
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer Returns/Refunds/Exchanges. We also do not offer Returns/Refunds/Exchanges for problems caused by the package carrier. We use confirmation numbers to track and confirm the receipt of all packages. If we are able to confirm a package has been delivered using these tracking numbers, we will not be held responsible for missing packages. Insurance is also available at an additional fee. We do highly recommend the purchase of insurance, especially on large order purchases.

Shipping Procedures......
In order to ensure quality and freshness, all products are manufactured as they are ordered. For this reason, it may take up to 2 weeks for the order to be processed and placed out for shipping. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of orders. We make every effort to get orders processed and ship in less than 2 weeks. However, certain times of the year (ex. holidays) delivery times may be extended due to higher demand and longer shipping times.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, there are a few shipping stipulations:

We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes...street addresses only.

Warm weather shipments are subject to higher shipping fees as they are more likely to be subjected to higher temperatures and less than optimum shipping conditions.

Due to the nature of our products it is advisable to have someone personally accept packages. Please be sure to provide a ship to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages left outside by any mail/package carrier. Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.

Any errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of package. Please check your packages carefully when they arrive.

During summer months, and when shipping to states of warmer climate, we do not guarantee the safe delivery of our chocolates unless next day delivery service is selected and paid for.

We reserve the right to ship via the carrier service or our choice. If a specific carrier is requested please let us know. There may be an additional fee if special arrangements need to be made that are not within our regular shipping methods.

Summer Shipping (& when shipping to warmer climates)
During summer months and when shipping to warmer climates we bill according to our normal shipping rates plus a packing and handling fee of $5.00 per order. This covers the added expense of ice packs and extra packing material required to prevent the products from melting. MOST shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. However, we reserve the right to ship via next day or 2 day shipping to some locations (ex. TX & CA) with shipping fees based on weight, ship to address, and extra packaging materials required. In such cases actual shipping fees will apply and may be billed separately. If shipping fees are more than what is normally charged we will contact you for approval BEFORE shipping your order and/or billing your credit card.

Wholesale Policy.....
We do not offer wholesale to any individual or business unless they are registered as an Independent Consultant/Affiliate. Our consultants are purchasing our products at their wholesale rate. Businesses signing up to be consultants do not receive a higher discount than any other consultant. Consultants are free to mark products up as they see fit. However, Sweet Wrap Workz does offer a suggested retail price.

Sales Tax....
Sweet Wrap Workz sells only wholesale to it's registered Independent Consultants. Each consultant is responsible for collecting, reporting and remitting sales tax according to federal, state and local tax requirements. For this reason, no orders will be processed and shipped until the consultant has filled out and returned the sales tax certificate to the home office showing that they have a valid sales tax ID # for their state (unless consultant lives in a state that does not implement a sales tax on retail goods sold).
However, sales tax is charged to orders placed directly through an affiliate link or the SWW home shopping cart, if applicable. Orders placed in this manner are treated as retail sales through SWW rather than a wholesale purchase through an Independent Consultant/Affiliate. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is unclear.

Payment Types Accepted....
Sweet Wrap Workz does not accept direct payments from customers. Each consultant is responsible for collecting and remitting payment to Sweet Wrap Workz on behalf of their customers. No orders are shipped without payment in full. Please consult with your Independent Consultant to see what forms of payment she or he is set up to accept.
